Answering a survey

When there's a survey for you, Home shows A survey is waiting for you, Surveys appears in the sidebar with a count, and you get a notification. If your company has Slack connected, you may get a Slack message too.

1. Click Answer.
2. Answer the questions. Ones marked Optional can be skipped.
3. Where you see Add a comment, you can explain your answer. Comments are confidential unless you switch on Show my name with this comment.
4. Click Send answers.

You'll see Thank you!, and any coins you earned.

Confidential or named#

Most surveys are confidential: nobody sees your individual answers. If a survey is named, it says This survey shows your name at the top before you start. See How confidentiality works.

If you don't answer, you may get a reminder after 2 days and again after 4.
