The first time#
If your Slack account isn't linked to Pulsido yet, Slack shows Connect your account instead of the form. Click it, sign in to Pulsido, and confirm. Then run /kudos again. See Connecting your Slack account.
Not in Pulsido at all yet? Click Continue with Slack at app.pulsido.com and Join your company. See Inviting your team.
If something's blocked#
The form tells you what's wrong and keeps what you wrote:
- "… isn't connected to Pulsido yet." Someone you picked hasn't linked their Slack account. They can run
/kudosonce to connect, or an admin can match them under Manage → Integrations. - "There's no kudos channel yet." Send it privately, or ask an admin to add a channel.
