Sending swag with claim links
Give people a link to pick their size and add an address, no login needed.
Who can use this: Owners and admins, or anyone with the Rewards permission.
A claim link lets someone choose options and enter their address without signing in, so it works for people outside the company too.
- Go to Manage → Rewards → Shipping and click Send swag.
- Pick the Swag item.
- Choose how long the link works: 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days, or 90 days.
- Pick People, Teams, and any Outside emails.
- Add an optional Message, such as "Welcome to the team!"
- Send.
Each person gets their own link. Members also get a notification in Pulsido. Pulsido won't send if there isn't enough stock for everyone.
Heads up: If Pulsido shows Email isn't set up, it can't email the links yet. Members still see theirs in Pulsido; copy the rest from the Claim links list and send them yourself.
What the recipient sees#
The link opens a page with the item, any options to choose, and Where should we send it? for their address. One unit of stock is set aside when they claim. A link can only be claimed once.
Manage links#
The Claim links list on the Shipping tab shows each link as Waiting to be claimed, Claimed, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Expired, or Cancelled. Copy a link, or cancel one that hasn't been claimed yet.
