My rewards and reward statuses
Follow a request, cancel it, and see rewards sent to you.
Who can use this: Everyone.
Click My rewards at the top of the Rewards page.
Each request shows a timeline of what's happened and what's next.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for an admin to approve it. You can Cancel it, and your coins come back. |
| Approved | Approved. Your company or Tremendous is sending it. |
| Processing | A gift card order is being placed, or swag is being prepared. |
| Shipped | Swag is on its way. The tracking number shows if there is one. |
| Delivered | Done. Gift cards arrive by email. |
| Declined | Not approved. The reason is shown, and your coins are back. |
| Cancelled | You cancelled it. Your coins are back. |
| Refunded | An admin refunded it after approving it. Your coins are back. |
Gift cards and swag your company sent you directly, without coins, show under Sent to you.
