Email hello@pulsido.com. A person on the Pulsido team reads every message and replies, usually within one working day.
To help us answer the first time, include:
- your company name in Pulsido,
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead,
- a screenshot, if you can,
- for Slack problems, the channel and roughly when it happened.
Questions about your company's setup#
Some things are decided by your company, not by Pulsido: how many coins you get, what's in the store, and whether a reward is approved. For those, ask an owner or admin at your company. You can find them on the People page.
