The Executive role
Let a leader see company-wide engagement results and all feedback, without making them an admin.
Who can use this: Owners give it. Anyone can hold it.
Executives see company-wide engagement results and all feedback, including feedback sent to leadership and confidential feedback from small teams (without the team name). They can reply to any of it.
It's an extra role on top of someone's normal one. A member can be an executive without being able to change settings, and an admin can't see results or feedback unless they're also an executive.
Give someone the Executive role#
- Go to Manage → Members.
- Open the ⋯ menu next to them and choose Edit.
- Tick Executive.
- Click Save changes.
Only owners can give or remove it, so an admin can't give it to themselves. Owners already see everything, so the box doesn't change anything for them. Executives show an Executive badge in the member list.
Even executives never see who wrote confidential feedback.
