What happens when someone scans a QR code

Employee codes#

1. Scan the code with a phone camera.
2. Sign in with your work account, if you aren't already.
3. Click Give kudos. The kudos form opens, with the code's kudos type picked if it has one.
4. Coins come from your own allowance, and the kudos posts right away.

Guest codes#

No account needed.

1. Scan the code.
2. In Who helped you?, search by name and pick up to 10 people.
3. In What did they do?, write 3 to 600 characters.
4. Add Your name if you like. Leave it empty to stay anonymous.
5. Send.

The guest sees Thank you! and a note that someone at the company reviews it first. Once a reviewer approves it, it posts as a kudos from the guest. Guest notes count toward kudos received, but not toward participation in analytics.

If a code shows This code isn't active, it's been archived. To limit spam, a single code accepts up to 20 notes an hour while they're waiting for review.
