Who can see and do what
The roles in Pulsido, what each one can do, and why admins don't see survey answers.
Who can use this: Everyone. Owners and admins will find it most useful.
Pulsido keeps two jobs apart: setting Pulsido up and reading what people said in surveys and feedback. The person who connects Slack shouldn't automatically be able to read staff feedback, so those are different roles.
The roles#

Custom roles let you give someone one area, such as surveys or rewards, without making them an admin. See Custom roles.
A few rules worth knowing#
- Nobody, in any role, can see who wrote confidential feedback or who gave which pulse answer. See How confidentiality works.
- Admins can't make themselves executives. Only an owner can give the Executive role.
- Only owners can make someone else an owner.
- People only see the parts of Manage they can use. Pages they can't use don't appear in the sidebar at all.
- A few things also follow a person's job in Pulsido rather than their role: award managers can give the spot awards they manage, challenge managers can review claims, and QR code reviewers can approve guest notes.
