Kudos aren't posting in Slack

Work through these in order.

The kudos was private#

Private kudos never post in a channel. They go by direct message to the giver and the people recognized. That's expected.

There's no kudos channel#

Public kudos from the web app post to the primary kudos channel. If there isn't one, they show in Pulsido but nowhere in Slack. An admin can add one under Manage → Integrations → Kudos channels. See Choosing your kudos channels.

Slack was disconnected#

If the Slack card under Manage → Integrations shows Disconnected, Slack removed Pulsido's access, often because the app was uninstalled from the Slack side. Click Add to Slack to connect again. Your kudos history stays in Pulsido.

Pulsido needs more permissions#

If the Slack card shows Reconnect Slack to unlock everything, click Reconnect and approve in Slack. Without it, Pulsido can't create channels, invite people, or send private kudos.

/kudos asks you to connect your account#

Your Slack email doesn't match your Pulsido email. See Connecting your Slack account.

A deleted kudos still shows in Slack#

Deleting a kudos in Pulsido removes it from Pulsido, not from Slack. Delete the Slack message separately.
