Disconnecting or reconnecting Slack
What happens when you disconnect, and how to reconnect.
Who can use this: Owners and admins, or anyone with the Integrations permission.
Disconnect#
- Go to Manage → Integrations.
- On the Slack card, open the ⋯ menu and choose Disconnect.
- Confirm.
/kudos, channel posts, the weekly round in Slack, and Slack notifications stop until you reconnect. Everything already in Pulsido stays: kudos, coins, and history.
Reconnect#
Open the ⋯ menu on the Slack card and choose Reconnect, or click Add to Slack if it's disconnected. Make sure the same Slack workspace is selected in the top right, then approve.
