Who pays for gift cards and swag?
Your company pays its own reward providers directly. Pulsido doesn't hold your money.
Who can use this: Owners, admins, and finance.
Company store rewards#
Rewards you provide yourselves, like a day off or lunch with the CEO, cost nothing through Pulsido. You deliver them.
Gift cards, prepaid cards, and donations#
These go through your own Tremendous account. You add funds to your Tremendous balance, and Pulsido places orders from it only after a request is approved. Pulsido doesn't hold your money or invoice you for rewards. Any pricing for the rewards themselves is between you and Tremendous.
Every order Pulsido places is listed under Manage → Rewards → Catalog → Funding → Charges, with the Tremendous order number, so finance can match it to Tremendous. Manage → Rewards → Redemptions → Export CSV gives every request with its coins and value.
Swag#
You, or a print partner or warehouse you choose, produce and ship swag. Pulsido collects addresses and tracks shipping. See Shipping swag.
What a coin is worth#
10 coins = 1 unit of your store currency. If people give their full allowance, Manage → Recognition → Coins shows roughly what that adds up to each month. See Coin allowance, resets, and limits.
