Setting up swag

Swag is any store item that ships, such as a hoodie or a mug. Pulsido collects the address and keeps a shipping queue. You or your print partner pack and send it.

Make an item swag#

1. Go to Manage → Rewards → Store and create or edit a reward.
2. Turn on Swag that ships.
3. On the Options step, add a size or color question if you need one.
4. Save.

When someone redeems it, they enter a shipping address: name, street, optional unit, city, optional region, postal code, country, and optional phone. Approval works the same as any reward. Once approved, it joins the shipping queue. See Shipping swag.
