What happens to coins when someone leaves
Freeze a leaver's earned coins, or forfeit them.
Who can use this: Owners and admins.
When you remove someone from Pulsido, their earned coins either stay frozen or go to zero. Choose which under Manage → Rewards → Settings → When someone leaves:
- Freeze (default): their earned coins are kept as they are, and come back if they rejoin.
- Forfeit: their earned coins are set to zero, with a record of the change.
The remove dialog on the Members page tells you which will happen before you confirm. Kudos they gave and received stay in history either way. See Managing members.
