Actions and "You said, we did"
Track what you'll do about survey results and feedback, and show people their input led somewhere.
Who can use this: Owners, admins, executives, and team managers. Everyone sees shared updates.
Asking for feedback and then going quiet teaches people not to answer. Actions close the loop.
Add an action#
- From Survey results, click Add action. It's linked to that survey.
- From a conversation in the Feedback inbox, click Add action. The action only says it came from feedback, never what was written or who wrote it.
- Or go to Insights → Actions and click New action.
Give it a short name, an owner, and a due date if you have one. Move it from Planned to In progress to Done as it goes.
Share it as "You said, we did"#
When an action is done, write a sentence or two under We did and switch on Share as "You said, we did". It then shows on everyone's Home: the action and your update, nothing else. Write it so it can't point to whoever raised the issue.
Actions are on the Business plan, with surveys and feedback.
