Audit log
See who changed roles, teams, settings, coins, integrations, and billing, and who downloaded exports.
Who can use this: Owners and admins.
The audit log under Manage → Audit log lists administrative changes in your company, newest first. Each entry shows when it happened, who did it, what changed, and the details, such as the new role or a setting's old and new values.
What's recorded#
- Member changes: roles, the Executive role, custom roles, allowances, removals, and invites
- Custom roles, teams and their managers, member properties, and segments
- Company settings and the Brand Kit, with old and new values
- Coin adjustments, imports, and resets
- Connecting or disconnecting Slack, Microsoft Teams, your HR system, and Tremendous
- Plan and seat changes, including changes Pulsido staff make to a contract
- Every CSV export, such as survey results, redemptions, and the audit log itself
Secrets such as API keys are never stored in the log, and long text is shortened.
Who can see it#
Owners and admins. Nobody can edit or delete an entry, including Pulsido staff working in the app; entries are only removed when the company itself is deleted.
Export#
Click Export CSV to download up to 5,000 entries, optionally filtered by Show.
