Export your data, close your company, or delete your account
Take your company's data with you, close the company, or delete your own account.
Who can use this: Owners (export and close). Everyone (delete your account).
Export your company's data#
Owners go to Manage → Billing → Company data and click Export company data. You get a JSON file with your people, teams, public kudos, coins, rewards, and invoices. Confidential answers and private kudos aren't included. Survey results have their own CSV export, with the confidentiality rules applied.
Close the company#
- If you pay by card, cancel the plan first under Manage → Billing → Manage payment and invoices. On a contract, email hello@pulsido.com.
- Under Manage → Billing → Company data, click Close the company, type the company's name, and confirm.
Members lose access straight away, and Pulsido stops posting to Slack and Teams. For 30 days, owners can still sign in to export the data or click Reopen. After that, the company, its uploaded files, and its connections are deleted for good.
Delete your account#
Go to Account settings → Delete your account and type your email to confirm. You're signed out everywhere and removed from every company; each company's rules decide what happens to coins you earned. Your name and email are erased. Kudos you gave stay with the people who received them, shown as from "Former member".
If you're the only owner of a company, make someone else an owner, or close the company, first.
